On Friday, February 8th, the High Point Student Service Team and 8th Grade hosted its annual dance at Maranatha High School. This year’s theme was “Under the Stars.”
The students dressed up for the semi-formal event and enjoyed the delicious buffet catered by Maranatha’s chef: taquitos, popcorn chicken, tater tots, homemade Rice Krispie treats, homemade sugar cookies, and lemonade. The DJ blasted music while the kids danced the night away.
This dance was the result of careful planning and preparation by the Student Service Team, who came early to set up and stayed late to clean up. A special thanks to Miranda T., Andrew K., Amy L., Laura F., Ayush C., Caroline M., Megan C., David G., Tim L. Colin K., and Analise S.
Also, this night could not have happened without the support of the faculty and parent chaperones. Thank you!
