The HPA Art and Design program is thrilled to announce the new kiln is up and running! Thanks to the generosity of the Itamura family, we are the proud owners of a brand new, state of the art electric kiln. This energy efficient model is built to last and can handle a much larger load than our previous model. The kiln has found its home in a custom housing unit adjacent to the Maker Space, opening more collaborative possibilities for our students. Having access to a kiln gives us far more room to grow our skill sets and enhance our curriculum.
